A book discussion group of the Lackawanna Branch PA Association for the Blind met recently to discuss the current selection of “A Remarkable Mother” written by former president Jimmy Carter about his mother, Lillian. The Blind Association has a lending library of more than 1,000 audio books. The discussion group meets monthly and newcomers are welcome. For details, call 570.342.7613.
