Clarks Summit Festival of Ice Chair, Barry Kaplan and Co-chair, Francene Dudziec would like to thank a number of businesses and people for their time and generosity in making this year’s festival such a success. And thanks to the numerous attendees each year from near and far whose support has enabled the celebration to grow in size and offerings.
