The winners for the Abington Business and Professional Association themed scarecrow contest have been announced. James Simrell Designs of Fine Jewelry, 112 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit won the scarecrow -making contest between the following member businesses: Community Bank, Clel’s Place, Everything Natural, James Simrell Designs and The Abington Journal. Erin Pinto was randomly selected to win a $50 gift certificate to participating businesses for voting in the contest. Shown above is the winning scarecrow, Diva Crow.
