Angel Food Ministries announces ordering days
Angel Food Ministries headquartered at Country Alliance Church, 14014 Orchard Drive, Newton Township, announces that in addition to the Regular Box of food for $30 and the Special Boxes they offer each month for $18 to $20, they now have Senior Boxes for $25 each. The box contains 10 individual fully cooked meals with no added sodium, that are low in fat and nutritionally balanced for Seniors with three ounces of protein, two vegetables or fruit and one starch.Distribution day is September 27. Ordering Days at Country Alliance Church are as follows:
Tuesdays, Aug. 26 and Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to noon; Thursdays, Sept. 4, 11 from 6 to 8 p.m.; Saturday, Sept, 13, 12 from noon to 2 p.m. and Sundays, after Worship, 11 a.m. to noon. Last day to order is Sept. 14. Cash, money orders and food stamps are accepted.
