Countryside Church offers gratitude

More than 800 people attended the Countryside Community Church’s annual turkey supperon Oct. 17. Thecongregation would like to thank the community for theirongoing support.This year was thefirst time takeouts surpassed sit-down dinners and was also the first time takeouts were available at the Newton- Ransom Volunteer Fire Co. “t was harder logistically to manage the food,”committeechair Luke Berardissaid. “The wait time was excessive, although people were very patient.”He said the committee will make adjustments to reduce waiting time for takeout dinners at the Newton Fire Hall in future years.
