J. David Lombardi, president and chief executive officer of First National Community Bank, recently announced the promotion of Jason A. Bohenek to the position of assistant vice president and Accounting Supervisor and Michael D. Kashnicki to the position of assistant vice president and Commercial Loan Officer.
Bohenek has been employed with FNCB for the past nine years. Throughout his tenure he held the following positions: Loan Operations Clerk and Assistant Auditor. He received a bachelor degree in business from the University of Scranton.
He serves on the Board of Governors of the Institute of Internal Auditors, NEPA Chapter and resides in Scranton with his wife, Rosemary, and their children Daniel and Jacob.
Kashnicki has been employed with FNCB for the past eight years. Throughout his tenure he held several positions including Commercial Lending, Credit and documentation. He received a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Wilkes University.
He also attended the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending through the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
He is a member of the George M. Dallas Lodge of Free Masonary and resides in Harveys Lake with his parents, Michael and Lee Ann. Lombardi, also announced the hiring of Marlo C. Wright to the position of Assistant Vice President and Director of Marketing.
Wright has previously worked for other local financial institutions. Wright received her bachelor’s degree in education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
She serves as the third vice chairman of executive committee of Junior Achievement of NEPA. .
Wright is also a member of Biltmore Who’s Who Registry of Executives and Professionals. She also is a volunteer for the United Way of Lackawanna County’s Allocation’s Panel. She resides in Duryea with her husband Dr. Eric Wright, and their children Tyler and Amber.
