Young philanthropist

On Sunday, Oct. 18, KiKi’s Kreamery in Clarks Summit hosted a fund raiser for Camera for the Cure, a non- profit organization started by Timmy Walsh, 7 of Olyphant, to raise money for lung cancer research. Walsh was inspired to help his aunt, a mother of three and a non-smoker, who is currently fighting a rare form of the disease. Timmy said: “I had to do something because a cure isn’t going to rain down from the sky.”
