Easter Events

Photos with the Easter Bunny, daily at the Wyoming Valley Mall. Hours: Monday through Saturday, 11a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

March 20: Easter Bread (Pascha) Sale Deadline. Pickup Thursday, March 25 at St. Michael’s Orthodox Church, Jermyn. Cost: Plain, $7, Raisin, $8. Also offering kobasi, horseradish, various rolls. Info/Orders: 570.876.1456.

March 21: Breakfast Buffet with the Easter Bunny, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Clarks Summit Fire Company, 321 Bedford Street, Clarks Summit. Cost: Adults $7, Children, $4

March 27: Pet photos with the Easter Bunny, noon to 5 p.m. at Alley Cat and Dog Thrift Store, 500 Bridge Street, Old Forge. Cost: $10 per photo. Proceeds benefit Tracey’s Hope Hospice Care Rescue.

Pet photos with the Easter Bunny, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Pet Supplies Plus, 1510 Scranton Carbondale Highway, Scranton.

April 1: Countryside Community Church celebrates Holy Week, featuring Maundy Thursday Service, April 1, 7 p.m., Passion and Communion Service; Good Friday, April 2, 12 p.m.; Cross Walk leaves church at noon, service following the walk; Easter Sunday, April 4, 7 a.m., Sunrise Service, 10 a.m. worship.
