To accommodate tremendous growth and better service to their customers, Penn Security Bank recently began construction to renovate their existing Abington office located on Northern Boulevard in South Abington Township.
The construction project includes renovations of the existing office and the addition of 1,000 square feet of new office space. Once completed, the new office will offer four teller areas, two drive-up teller lanes, drive-up ATM and night depository. In addition, the office will also include four glass-enclosed executive offices. The safe deposit box viewing booths will also be new and improved offering privacy and handicapped accessibility.During the construction period, lobby customers will bank from a mobile branch office placed in the bank’s parking lot. The drive-up teller lanes and drive-up ATM will remain in the same location and will be open during renovations.The project is expected to be completed by year end.According to Susan Holweg, Branch Manager “Our staff is very excited about the renovations and looking forward to showcasing our new state-of-the-art facility to our customers later this year.
