Abington Heights defeats Hazleton in field hockey

Kaitlyn Roberts and Nicole Smith team up against Hazleton Area.

Senior Day proved successful for the Abington Heights Field Hockey team. On Tuesday, Oct. 7, Abington Heights  beat Hazleton Area, 4-2. Kaitlyn Roberts (#36) and Nicole Smith (#3) each scored two goals. Roberts also had two assists. Julie Umerich and Sinea Gallagher each had an assist. Amanda Sissock and Shelby Plaza scored for Hazleton Area.
