CS lawyer earns rank of distinction

Julia K. Munley, from the regional law firm of Munley, Munley & Cartwright, recently earned the distinctive classification as an “AV Rated Attorney “by Martindale-Hubbell, the resource for information on the worldwide legal profession. Munley’s “AV Preeminent” certification is a peer rating acknowledging her legal skill set and is the highest professional rating an attorney can attain.

Based upon the confidential assessments of both Bar and the Judiciary members, the AV rating awarded to Munley reflects her accomplished level of mastery in critical performance areas: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience.

Munley, who concentrates her practice in personal injury cases, is a graduate of Marywood University and the Dickinson School of Law (J.D., 1992).

Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Munley serves on Boards and Advisory Councils for many area non-profit organizations and was most recently named to the Alumni Board at Marywood University.

The daughter of Judge James M. Munley, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and Dr. Kathleen P. Munley, she resides in Clarks Summit with her husband Attorney Patrick M. Rogan.
