CS resident graduates
Dr. Jeffrey M. Costanzo, son of Judi and Tony Costanzo of Clarks Summit, recently graduated from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia.
During his time at Jefferson, Dr. Costanzo was awarded the Dr. James and Jennie Beach Memorial Scholarship for academic merit and community service in 2008.
A 1998 graduate of Scranton Preparatory School, Costanzo graduated cum laude from Lehigh University in 2002 with a BA in economics and Spanish. While at Lehigh, Costanzo received honors in modern foreign language and literature and was a member of the Phi Beta Delta Honor Society for International Scholars and the Phi Eta Sigma National Honors Society.
Costanzo is currently a first-year resident Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. Upon completing his residency, he plans on pursing a fellowship in gastroenterology.
