Thomas Gallagher (D/R)

Finishing up his first four-year term, which he ran for after filling in for four months due to a vacancy left on council, Gallagher said the proudest moment as a council member was “the groundbreaking of the baseball field in the athletic complex,” on Rt. 6. If re-elected, Gallagher also plans to do what he can to balance the budget.
