Leadership Lackawanna, a program of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, hosted “Cocktails and Cuisine, a Cultural Experience,” an evening of paired cocktails and food dishes from around the world, on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the Electric City Trolley Museum in Scranton.
