Former Abington Heights student lectures on Dead Sea Scrolls
The Abington Community Library hosted a lecture on Monday, June 16, featuring Ryan Roberts, a 1998 graduate of Abington Heights High School. Roberts discussed "The Dead Sea Scrolls and the Origin of the Bible." He is currently a graduate assistant in UCLA's School of Near East Studies. He donated two books to the library on the Dead Sea Scrolls to add to the current collection.
