PenDOT: Heavy traffic on Interstate 81 Northbound at exit 194

According to PenDOT, on Interstate 81 Northbound, beginning at Exit 194 Clarks Summit, there will be a heavy volume of traffic near long term work zone at Exit 194-197, due to holiday travel. Backlog of two miles will likely increase as afternoon progresses on July 3. Seek alternate route.
