Throughout the 2008 season, Yankee-colored bracelets were sold in the stadium as a fundraiser for the Pediatric Program at Allied Rehab and John Heinz Rehab to benefit rehabilitation services to nearly 2,000 children with developmental disabilities and other injuries each year, without regard to their families’ insurance status or ability to pay.
