WVIA President Bill Kelly welcomes local newspaper publishers to discuss the state of newspapers on the next State of Pennsylvania Thursday, Nov 19 at 7 p.m. on WVIA-TV. 

How are our local newspapers fairing in this turbulent time and what is in their future?
