Olga Markovitch Juchnewich, 84, of Clarks Summit, died Tuesday, April 22, at home. She was the widow of Stephen Juchnewich, who died in February 1972.

Born in Elco, daughter of the late John and Pearl Piszko Markovitch, she lived in Clarks Summit for the past eight years and was formerly of West Paterson, NJ. She was educated in California, PA, schools. Before retirement, she was employed by ITT Federal Electronics Manufacturer, Clifton NJ, and previously worked at Walter Kidde Co., Belleville, NJ.

Surviving are a brother, Wallace Markovitch, South Plainfield, NJ; a sister-in-law, Lillian Markovitch, Roselle Park, NJ; a brother-in-law, Louis Valvo, Warwick, MD; nieces and nephews, including Sonia Wysochanski and husband, Carroll, Clarks Summit, who were her caregivers.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Stephen; a brother, Howard Markovitch; and five sisters, Eva Kidwell, Kathryn Atkinson, Pauline Valvo, Margaret Serniak and Julia Lysko.

The funeral was to be Saturday, April 26 from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave, Roselle Park, NJ, 07204. Interment, Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth, NJ.
