Eleanor Cuneo Rudolph

Eleanor Cuneo Rudolph, 85, of Valencia, formerly Oakmont, died Sunday, July 27, 2008, while under the care of Fosnight Nursing Home, Valencia, PA. Born April 1, 1923, in Connellsville, she was daughter of the late Lawrence and Clementa (Pardiny) Cuneo and was also preceded in death by two sisters, Irene and Alberta. She was the beloved wife for 63 years of Francis F. Rudolph, whom she married on April 21, 1945.

She was the loving mother of Kenneth (Leah) Rudolph MD, of Clark Summit, and Lawrence (Allyson) Rudolph, of Plum; sister of Lawrence Cuneo, of North Carolina. She is also survived by five dear grandchildren, Dania, Julia, Michael, Amy and Lauren.

A viewing was held Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Schellhaas Funeral Home LTD., Bakerstown, Richland Township, PA. Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday August 30, in the funeral home with Rev. Terry Stoops officiating. Private interment in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
