Rose Marie Wisti Teufert

Rose Marie Wisti Teufert, 70, Clarks Summit, died Thursday afternoon, Oct .1, in Atlantic City, N.J. Her husband is Charles Teufert.

Born in Elmont, N.Y., daughter of the late Einar and Miriam Andersen Wisti, she was a woman of Lutheran faith and has been a resident of Clarks Summit since 1989. Prior to retirement she was a hairdresser and salon owner in Huntington Long Island.

Also surviving are two sons, Charles E., Montague, N.J. and Frederick V., Dunmore; a sister, Jane Belding, Howland, Maine; three grandchildren, Ryan, Jaclyn, and Callie, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Wisti.

A graveside service was to be held on Tuesday, Oct. 5 at the Pinelawn Cemetery on Long Island. Arrangements from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue Dallas, TX 75231.
