Lakeland Elementary students publish first edition newspaper

Members of the third and fourth grade classes in the Lakeland Elementary School recently wrote articles and published the first edition of “The Lakeland News,” a school newspaper. The Journalist Club is part of an After School Enrichment Program sponsored by the Lakeland Elementary PTA. Shown with the students is club advisor Mary Amico.
