Students of The Geneva School recently took pride in having the opportunity to create Christmas cards for the nation’s soldiers serving overseas. The students were able to create their own works of art, sending a message that U.S. citizens remember and care about soldiers who are unable to celebrate the holidays at home with their families. Daniel Meyer, a kindergarten student said, “I love the USA and I love the soldiers,” as he glued snowflakes to the cover of his homemade card. The cards will be sent to soldiers serving in the Middle East.
