Staff at the Maternal and Family Health Services Inc. (MFHS) administration office recently raised money for Beds 4 Paws, a nonprofit organization run by Paul Kattner, Hazleton, which creates elevated cots for shelter dogs. The group has made 120 beds that have been given to five different shelters, including Blue Chip Animal Refuge, Dallas, and Griffin Pond Animal Shelter, Clarks Summit. MFHS staff collected monetary donations during the holiday season.
