The Altar & Rosary Society of St. Therese’s Church in Shavertown will hold its 50th Annual Birthday Tea at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 12.
A gala evening will feature refreshments, birthday presents, door prizes, Chinese auction, 50/50 chances and chances for a prize-wining quilt made by qulters Millie Yanchik, Jean Carey, Ruth Youngblood, Petty Fischer, Mona Dymond, Patti Gallagher, Norma Pluskie and Joan Colatosti.
Entertainment will be provided by “Changing Habits.”
