Chefs Association Progressive Dinner benefits WV Children’s Association

The American Culinary Federation Professional Chefs of Northeastern PA will hold its 21st Annual Progressive Dinner at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, at the Bentley’s Entertainment Complex, Ashley.

Tickets may be purchased for $125 per person by calling 675-7003.

The evening of fine food, wine and fellowship will feature a parade of chefs, the drawing of the group’s Dom Perignon Raffle and a toast from the co-chairmen.

Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Wyoming Valley Children’s Association, a nonprofit agency based in Forty Fort which provides therapy for children who have developmental disabilities and preschool education for all children.

Representatives of the ACF Professional Chefs of NEPA involved in the event include John J. Hudak, Jr., CEC, AAC, ACE, event co-chairman; Tom Malloy, Wyoming Valley Children’s Association board member and Dom Perignon raffle chairman; and Nello Allegrucci, CEC, AAC, event co-chairman.
