The Joan Harris Centre has scheduled three shows at 12:30 and 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25, at the E.L. Meyers High School auditorium, Carey Avenue, Wilkes-Barre.

Several Back Mountain residents will appear in the Joan Harris Centre shows scheduled for next weekend at Meyers High School.
“It’s Halloween Magic” focuses on the mystical aspect of the season and hundreds of dancers from the Back Mountain communities will appear with others from across the region performing a wide variety of ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop dances all set in a musical motif for the holiday.
Characters from creepy to kooky and costumes of all sorts and styles will strut their stuff.
The 90-minute performance is divided into three separate acts. Highlighting this year’s Halloween show will be an original dance treatment to the classic “Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.” A special treat will be the appearance of “Tony the Great.”
Tickets are $9 in advance and may be purchased by calling the centre at 287-7977.
