If they are not all expelled, this would be a great group to do community service work in the schools. To show the dangers of underage drinking. Are you listening DA's office??? Good thing Martino left or they all would be gone.

They should be lucky that they didn't get cited in Lock Haven at one of the University's housing areas. Those District Justices there want to send kids to jail for 2 days for a conviction. It' a good way to have kids leave the school and look for one that wouldn't be so harsh.

so there dummies because there college kids drinking at college.....doesnt seem to odd does it. Its college let the kids alone. Break up the party if they are loud and leave them alone, its not like they have the money to pay fines anyway. For those of you who have ever been a college student know.

How did these college kids get to the party? I bet they drove, and that means they would be drunk and driving. When they kill someone innocent, then the tears flow. Arrest them and make them work in a emergency room at a hospital to see what drink and drive do to you.

All you people are absolutely pathetic. Drunk driving?? Where did it say anything about people drinking and driving? Maybe the Dallas police have something better to do than cite 21 people for being under 21. Lets see 250 bucks a pop times 21 = $5250 plus loss of everyones' license for 6 months. That should keep the payroll steady for the next 2 months.

Yeah but like off campus parties are able to walk to. kids now a days know better than to drive..well more than most. Plus like your supposed to be an adult when you 18 but you have to be 21 to drink??? what is the differnce between 3 years. Its just going to make kids wanna drink more any way. but in exeter about 4 months or so ago a lady was killed by her boyfriend and was put in a sleeping bag in her back yard but no one found and made a conviction? Dont cops have better things to do than make young kids miserable. i mean the laws the law but that stuff is wack. like notify the parents but make college kids pay is mad wack. and college is supposed to be the time of your life to experiment life huh? Cops are corrupt these days and ill stick to that.

(To defend myself as well as the others involved)For everyone saying we deserve this or we are "dummies" put yourself in the shoes of the student before your "mature adult selves". Yes we understand it was a bad decision to go but you dont know exactly what happened, you were not there. We are all not "stupid college kids" because i will tell you straight up im a very smart and talented student. As for saying i hope they were embarrassed because their names were in the paper, we were, at least i was. And that feeling of disrespect to my family and friends is what is going to stop me from going out next time, not the fact that we got in trouble with the law. It could have easily been one of your kids because if you think your underage children dont drink you need a reality check. Its not like we go out looking to cause scenes like this, and we arent the only ones who do it, it happens everywhere. So dont point your fingers at us, we dont need your two sense. Mind your own business.

I love how the people who drank as 18-21 year olds are now police officers getting these kids in trouble. As long as there is no violence or vandalism let the kids go. Every older generation did the same thing.

I know this house as I live nearby. It's not far from campus and the kids probably walked. So I doubt there was drunk driving. As a mom of a 21yr old, I know kids do use DD's these days far more than we did back in the day. This is normal behavior by college students. I do feel bad for the neighbors of this house though. It is know for parties.
