Savanna’s owners, Tom and Carol Ford, of West Center Hill Road in Dallas, returned to the Back Mountain are after working a few years in Atlanta, Georgia and named the latest Ford family addition after one of Georgia’s finest cities. Savanna came from a litter of 10 from the Towanda area. The 1-year-old yellow Labrador Retriever is very friendly with people and loves to play Frisbee and tennis ball in the back yard, chase the birds and squirrels, look out the front window and bark at people passing by. She also loves to go for rides in the car, eat Milk Bones and chews and rub noses with the horses at the vet’s office.
