Rep. Karen Boback (R-Columbia/Luzerne/Wyoming) hosted a special ceremony at the Capitol on June 28 to honor the military service of retired Sgt. Robert Wayne "Buddy" Costigan, a decorated disabled veteran who served during the Vietnam War. The ceremony was attended by Costigan’s family, fellow northeastern Pennsylvania veterans and other dignitaries. From left, seated, are Boback, Costigan, Sen.
