‘New Story Fund’ set up for children with special needs

Milestones Achievement Centers (MAC) and Milestones Community Healthcare have changed their name to New Story.

Coinciding with its name change, the organization is launching the “New Story Fund,” which will grant up to $50,000 each year to help families living in Pennsylvania pay for goods and services they need to care for their children with special needs when other financial support is not readily available.

Nominations for the “New Story Fund” are now open and will run through March 30, 2010. Grants up to $25,000 will be given out twice a year to those selected within the designated nomination period and who meet the criteria. Each applicant can be granted up to $1,500.

To to nominate a family in need, visit www.newstory.com/fund.
