Remembering 1st Lt. Cleary

The Lake-Lehman and Dallas Senior High School soccer teams squared off at the Black Knights field in the Fourth Annual First Lt. Michael J. Cleary Memorial Soccer Tournament. The Mountaineers won the junior high, junior varsity and varsity games, taking home the tournament trophy for the fourth consecutive time. Cleary, who was killed in Iraq in 2005, was the captain of the Dallas soccer team while he was in high school. The Army Reserve Color Guard Unit from the109th Field Artillery in Kingston presented the flag prior to the start of the game.
