Melissa James has joined the company as assistant project manager. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Glamorgan, South Wales, United Kingdom.

Jeffrey Passetti, Nanticoke, has been named assistant director of campus ministry at the Dallas Township school. Passetti holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Scranton.

Charles P. Chuck Zimkas Jr., former resident of Plymouth, has been promoted to president. Zimkas has been with the Space Foundation since 1986, following a 26-year Air Force career.
