HAZLE TWP. – State police at Hazleton are searching for a gold, tan or beige Cadillac that was struck by another vehicle in the parking lot of Thomas' Market at state routes 940 and 309 on Thursday.


Vincent Katzor, operating a Buick, told state police he struck the Cadillac and waited for the owner who never showed. State police said the Cadillac had left the parking lot.


Anyone with information about the Cadillac, which should have minimal damage, is asked to call state police at Hazleton at 459-3890.


HANOVER TWP. – Melanie DeMichele of Dallas reported Monday electrical wires and copper pipe were stolen from two properties she owns on Dexter Street, township police said.


HAZLE TWP. – State police at Hazleton reported the following:


• Dick Darren Ramos of Hazle Township reported Monday an unknown person entered his vehicle and stole an in-dash CD player when it was parked at the Ramada Inn on state Route 309.


• Raymond Starrick of Hazle Township reported Monday an unknown person stole steel pipes, 3 to 4 inches in diameter and 8 to 10 feet long, from his property on state Route 940.
