Emily Schramm

Holy Redeemer, midfielder

Schramm gathered 14 goals and 11 assists for 39 points in a breakout year. She led the Royals to the playoffs with a 10-5-1 record after a 3-10 mark in the spring. The Royal sophomore played a true center-mid position and took over defensive responsibilities.

Emily Sutton

Lake-Lehman, midfielder

With an aggressive approach to the ball, Sutton spearheaded a strong midfield that rattled opponents especially late in the season. After choosing soccer over cross country, the Black Knight junior slotted 17 goals and 11 assists for 45 points.

Shoshana Mahoney

Much of the Black Knights' success came off the foot of the speedy Mahoney with an exciting display of ball-handling skills. The junior forward tallied 23 goals and 16 assists for 62 points to lead the Black Knights to the district semis.

Kaylee Hillard

Ashley Dunbar

Dallas, forward

Dunbar used her domineering power and flashy speed to race past defenders in a record-setting season for the Mountaineer senior. The two-time all-star armed a Dallas defense that finished second in the conference and advanced to the district semis. The Mountaineer sophomore defensive prowess was coupled with 14 goals and an assist.

Bridget Orlando

A three-time all-WVC selection, Orlando anchored a Berwick defense that did not trail until the District 2 championship game. Her Bulldog defense allowed just three goals during the regular season. The senior added four goals on the offensive side of the ball.

Caty Davenport

Berwick, forward

Davenport engineered the Bulldog offense with timely passes and great ball awareness. The senior contributed 18 goals, 23 assists and 59 points to lead Berwick to a conference championship and state tournament berth.

Karleigh Hartman

Berwick, forward

Relentless and agile, Hartman became the Bulldogs' home run threat in what became a tactical offense in the postseason. The Bulldog senior seemed to score goals in the game-changing situations. Hartman's big-play efforts came to the tune of 25 goals, 10 assists and 60 points.

Allie Barber

Pittston Area, forward

After an electric freshman campaign, defenses planned their games around Barber. Still, the lightning-fast sophomore was difficult to contain and chipped in 44 goals, 11 assists and 99 points to finish second in scoring in the WVC.

Tiffany Tubioli

Pittston Area, sweeper

The youth movement at Pittston Area steered to the backend of the field as Tubioli's strong leg created fast-break opportunities for the Patriots. The Pittston Area frosh added two goals and three assists.

Hayley Wilkinson

Hazleton Area, goalkeeper

Wilkinson's nine saves led to an upset victory over Delaware Valley in the District 2 Class 3A tournament. She recorded 163 saves in 14 games for an average of 11.6 stops per game. The Cougar sophomore made a season-high 27 saves against Lake-Lehman.

Megan Lercara
