Get Text AlertsMembers of the Wyoming Valley Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals recently decorated a Christmas tree for Luzerne County Community College's Festival of Trees. The festival is being held in the college's Conference Center from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Dec. 21. Decorating the tree, are Nancy Pevec and Jean Bohinski.
