Two CV deliverymen charged with mail theft

Police said the two are independent contractors who deliver the Citizens' Voice newspaper.
According to department press release, the arrests are a result of several weeks of investigation by Kingston Township police and postal inspector Sean M. Phillips.
Both men were arraigned before District Magistrate James Tupper who set a preliminary hearing for Dec. 20.
The brothers are charged with theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property and were arrested at 3:50 a.m. Thursday by Sgt. Michael Moravec and Officer Charles Rauschkolb.
