In an article Sunday
about the region's homeless problem, it was noted that the REACH drop-in center closed a year and a half ago. However, the REACH Food Pantry and Clothing Closet at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church on South Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre, remains open.
