John S. Perry

John S. Perry, of Dalton, died at home Feb. 9 following an illness. He is survived by his wife and soul mate Kim Perry.

Born in Baltimore Md., he was the son of the late Frank and Mary Perry. He was a graduate of Penn State University. He was an Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. John was employed as a police officer in Washington DC for several years,then served as a Pennsylvania State Trooper, and prior to his retirement was employed by the Pennsylvania State Capital Police.

He was preceded in death by a brother David.
