Bristol-Myers and Crocs are big market movers

(AP) Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market:


Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., up $3.25 to $52.02

Morgan Stanley upgrades the pharmaceutical, saying its Nivolumab treatment could rival the most widely used cancer drugs.

CF Industries Holdings Inc., up $8.74 to $218.36

Rival fertilizer company Mosaic will spend $1.4 billion to acquire its phosphate business and signed new supply agreements.

Fusion-io Inc., up $1.55 to $11.09

CEO Shane Robison bought more than 105,000 shares in the flash storage drive maker after the stock tumbled sharply last week.

Ruby Tuesday Inc., down 37 cents to $5.60

Director Matthew Drapkin resigned from the board and sold all of his stock in the restaurant chain, which had a terrible quarter.

Roper Industries Inc., down $8.78 to $124.26

The industrial technology company fell short of Wall Street expectations for its third quarter and lowered its outlook.


Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp., down $1.30 to $5.10

The drugmaker says data on ganetespib "increases confidence" in the lung cancer treatment, but investors see it differently. Inc., down $13.31 to $68.11

The operator of a Chinese Web portal said its quarterly profit fell 20 percent due to new expenses for staff and marketing.

Crocs Inc., down 65 cents to $13.03

A PiperJaffray analyst downgrades the shoemaker's stock on concerns about worsening sales.
