The First Baptist Church, Water St., Pittston, will serve a free Community Thanksgiving Dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27 for those in need, the homeless and anyone who finds themselves alone for the holiday.


The dinner will include the traditional turkey, ham and all the fixings. Take-outs and delivery can be requested by calling the church from 2 to 4 p.m. at the following phone numbers, 570-654-0283, 570-212-8561 or 570-313-1792. Delivery will be available to the Greater Pittston Area and the Wilkes Barre Area.
