A private party for the sponsors of the Christmas trees was held on the second floor of the Clarks Summit Borough Building during the Abington Business and Professional Association’s “Home for the Holidays,” an open house weekend, Saturday, Nov. 23.


Also in attendance were members of the Christmas Coalition, who had been selling raffle tickets for a trip for four to Radio City Music Hall that was scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 11. Members of the coalition and area businesses sold 1,400 raffle tickets, raising over $10,000. The money was used to to help pay for the expenses associated with decorating Clarks Summit for the holiday season.
