Families for Forty Fort Park will show the animated film “The Nut Job” on Friday May 30 in Forty Fort Park. The film will play at dusk, but concessions open at 6:30 p.m.

Mayor Andy Tuzinski stressed the free showing is open to anyone from anywhere, and similar events last year attracted crowds numbering in the hundreds.

The event, sponsored by Cook’s Pharmacy in Kingston, will be just one of many to be held in the park this summer, he said.

Forty Fort Park is located on Wyoming Avenue between Fort Street and Walnut Street.
