About Clark Van Orden

Clark Van Orden has been shooting photos for the Times Leader for over thirty years. He started as a correspondent photographer in the mid 80's and was working as a full time police officer in Dallas Twp.
He was hired on as a staff photographer in 1985 and was promoted to photo editor/chief photographer in 1992. Clark grew up in the Back Mountain and lives in Luzerne with his wife and two daughters Jessica and Kate and one Airedale named Kelvin. In his free time Clark enjoys fly fishing and collecting vernacular snapshot photography and genealogy.
