Mitchell Wesley Evans, son of Scott and Jennifer Evans, White Haven, is celebrating his fourth birthday today, Jan. 29. Mitchell is a grandson of the late Jean Evans and the late Paul Evans, Bristol; the late David Cool Sr., St. Johnsville, N.Y.; and Karen Cool, Dolgeville, N.Y. He is a great-grandson of Margaret Bissett, Dolgeville, N.Y. Mitchell is the adopted grandson of Catherine Penska and the late Joe Penska, White Haven. Mitchell has a sister, Isabella, 9, and a brother, Sebastian, 6.
