The Rotary Club of Plains has been donating new winter coats to needy children in the Plains Township area for the past three years. SS. Peter and Paul Food Bank identifies the children in need. The Rotarians raise funds through two major fund raisers, the Pasta in the Park dinner and the annual golf tournament. This year, retired Chief Joseph T. Coyne also made a substantial donation.
