NANTICOKE: The Annual Living Way of the Cross, a prayerful journey through the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, will be presented by the St. Faustina Parish Youth Ministry at 7 p.m. Palm Sunday at St. Faustina Parish, 520 South Hanover St., Nanticoke.

Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. regardless of weather conditions. Music will be provided by the St. Faustina Choir.

NANTICOKE: The Youth Group of St. John’s Lutheran Church, 231 East State St., will present the Living Passion of the Christ during the 9:30 a.m. Palm Sunday church service.

NANTICOKE: All are invited to St. Faustina Parish’s Divine Mercy Celebration at the church, 520 South Hanover St., starting 1 p.m. on April 7. There will be Exposition of the Holy Eucharist from 1 to 2 p.m. Confessions will be available and private devotion to the Eucharist. There will be recitation of the Rosary, prayers and devotions, blessing of the Divine Mercy image and possibly the blessing of the Saint Faustina statue from 2 to 3 p.m. The Divine Mercy Chaplet and Litany of Divine Mercy will begin at 3 p.m., followed by benediction.

SLOCUM TWP.: Grace Independent Baptist Church, 1164 Blue Ridge Trail, will be celebrating its 40th anniversary on April 7. Sunday school starts at 9:30 a.m. and the morning service will be at 10:30 a.m.

WARRIOR RUN: The Ladies Aide Society of the Welsh Presbyterian Church, Chestnut Street, Warrior Run, will hold its monthly meeting at the Church at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 4. All members are urged to attend.

WILKES-BARRE: Unity of NEPA, a spiritual center, 140 South Grant St., will host the Rev. Ann Marie Acacio as guest speaker at 10 a.m. on Sunday, April 7. Her topic will be “On a Clear Day.”
