Following are results of Major League games in the Back Mountain Little League this past week:
Dakota Banks crushed a home run and a double and knocked in five as the Astros blanked the Yankees, 12-0.
Josh Noone had two hits with a double and Sean Boland, Nic Bufalino, Ben Fife, Chris Killian, Ethan Mooney, Bryan Morio, Blaise Napperkowski, Drew Dickson and Jacob Noone all had hits in the win. Nic Bufalino pitched a one-hit shutout, striking out nine to pick up his first win of the year.
Jack Lukasavage pitched 5 2/3 innings of scoreless baseball with eight strikeouts for the Athletics to lead his team to a 9-0 shutout.
Will McCrum came in to close out the last inning with a strikeout for the Athletics. At the plate, the Athletics were led by Ryan Collins who went 4-5 with two runs scored, Frankie Nockley who went 4-4 with a walk and two runs scored. Will McCrum, Dean Shaver and Jack Lukasavage each had hits for the Athletics.
The Astros were led by Bryan Morio who went 2-2 at the plate. Nic Bufalino, Chris Killian, and Ben Fife contributed for the Astros on the mound.
The Cook’s Pharmacy Dodgers started quick and held on to stop a late rally by the Aliciene CPA’s Orioles and won, 7-5.
Max Paczewski had two hits, including a double and was the winning pitcher for the Dodgers. Ty Federici pitched three strong innings and also added a hit in the win. The Dodgers were paced by Freddie Lombardo who hit a double, while Luke Spencer, Michael Ropietski and Lily Lombardo all had hits.
The Aliciene CPAs Orioles were led by Todd Phillips who had two hits while Michael Starbuck and Joe Aliciene also had hits in the loss.

Orioles’ pitcher Todd Phillips struck out 15, had two hits and scored two runs as the Orioles got past the A’s, 5-2.
Joe Aliciene delivered two hits and two RBIs. Michael Starbuck and Jake Connolly had two hits each in the win. A’s pitcher Will McCrum struck out seven and knocked in a run with a sacrifice fly for the A’s.
Frankie Nockley ripped two doubles and scored a run and Jack McMullen and Chris Langan both singled in the loss.
The Orioles’ Jake Connolly ripped a two-run homer and A.J. Bednar delivered the game-winning RBI as the Orioles nipped the Giants, 3-2.
Todd Phillips doubled and singled for the O’s and Michael Starbuck and Connolly combined for eight strikeouts on the mound in the win.
The Giants were led by pitchers Jack Farrell and Bobby Lugiano combining for eight strikeouts. Zach Holthaus and Kyle Sincavage each scored a run in the loss.
The Cook’s Pharmacy Dodgers used a 12-hit attack to beat the Ken Pollock Nissan Yankees, 11-1.
The Dodgers were paced by Max Paczewski who had three hits, including two doubles. Luke Spencer added three hits, Ty Federici had two hits with a double and Connor Morgan doubled in the win. Andrew Battin, Lily Lombardo and Logan Paczewski also had hits for the Dodgers. Michael Ropietski got his first win of the season on the mound.
The Yankees were led by Drew Dickson who had an RBI double.
