Jeffrey Thomas Mencken, son of Tom and Lauri Mencken, of Plymouth Meeting, celebrated his 13th birthday Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017. Jeffrey is the grandson of Joseph and Kathy Grabiec, of Wilkes-Barre, and Jeffrey and Pat Mencken, of Warminster. Jeffrey has two sisters, Gillian Kathleen, 20, and Miranda Elizabeth, 18.
