Owen Reid Miller celebrated his second birthday on Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017. Owen is the son of Robert and Stephanie Miller, of Shavertown. He is the grandson of Alan and Carol Reese, of Dallas, and Edward and Jean Miller, of Gardner, Mass. Owen has a sister, Paige Elise, 10.
